Email field notes

If you sign up, TrailFuelCo stores your email address, consent and signup time to send occasional field notes and product updates. Signing up is optional. Free downloads do not require an email. Email delivery begins only after you subscribe.

Stories you send

We store your name, email, general location, story and submission time for review. Submissions are private and are not automatically published. Dan will contact you before publication. Please do not send private addresses, sensitive locations or information about other people without their permission.

Service providers

This website uses Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and stored submissions. The regional map loads from OpenStreetMap; loading it shares normal connection information such as your IP address with that service. External stores and social sites use their own privacy policies.

Your choices

To request access, correction, deletion or removal from field notes, email [email protected]. We retain submissions and signups until they are no longer needed or you request deletion.

Analytics and cookies

No advertising pixels or marketing analytics have been added to this version. Hosting and private-site sign-in may use essential service cookies. TrailFuelCo does not sell submitted email addresses or stories.
